This site is for the ethical treatment of the planet so the views extend in this direction. The Earth is hurting bad and dying very fast. Too fast for our own good. Did we accelerate our selves too fast? It may be a combination of both man and nature, (nature not to be discounted).
In any case, while it is true we have to look after our own, we will need to group together, not to ever say who's best. Friends are everywhere. A good word does not hurt. To teach a way of survival has to be the best gift anyone could accept. tl

Well it seemed good at the time to stand up for your rights. What was I thinking?
But, you know. You have to feel you have some true and strong belief in the system that promises freedom and justice (for all) at least I was hoping. I see so many loop hole in the justice system that it's hard trying to avoid the law just simply exsisting, minding your poor sorry ass which has followed the laws of God and man.
With that said, confuse not to whom you (should) praise. If you feel you have to investigate something, just be very carefull where you tread.

At the time of this note the market had crashed and there seemed like no hope. Now the difference is we've become desensitised. There is still no hoope for recovery. Only you can recover from the pit fall. While the 49 states are in deep trouble, there is one place still on Earth that has growth and developement. It's growing fast! So fast you can recover within a short time!

The New Bulb of Tomorrow Today

You all know what the new screw in flourecent CFL light bulb looks like. Everyone has them every where. From my bathroom to the dog house..  I turned it on the other day and then smelled smoke after a few minutes.  Four inch flames were spewing out of the side of the ballast like a blow torch!  I immediately turned off the lights.  But I'm sure it would have caused a fire if I was not right there.  Imagine if the kids had left the lights on as usual when they were not in the room.


I took the bulb to the Fire Department to report the incident.  The Fireman wasn't at all surprised and said that it was not an uncommon occurrence.   Apparently, sometimes when the bulb burns out there is a chance that the ballast can start a fire.  He told me that the Fire Marshall had issued reports about the dangers of these bulbs.

Upon doing some Internet research, it seems that bulbs made by “Globe” in China seem to have the lion’s share of problems.  Lots of fires have been blamed on misuse of CFL bulbs, like using them in recessed lighting, pot lights, dimmers or in track lighting.  Mine was installed in a normal light socket.

I bought these at Wal-Mart.  I will be removing all the Globe bulbs from my house. CFL bulbs are a great energy saver but make sure you buy a name brand like Sylvania , Phillips or GE and not the ones from China .

I've had the same problem many many times over since I started to use these now dollar items. Event he expensive ones are the same. Made cheply with no regard to human concern.tl
